INTRODUCTION
We, Aqua Separate BV, use cookies to offer you an optimal website experience. In addition, cookies help us secure our website www.aquaseparate.nl by analyzing the frequency with which our web pages are viewed and general navigation. When you visit our website, we will place one or more cookies (small text files) on your device or use JavaScript, HTML 5 and other digital techniques to collect information from your computer, mobile phone or other device. Collectively, we call these digital techniques "cookies" in this Cookie Policy. The information collected by cookies may include personal data, such as your IP address. In this Cookie Policy we tell you which cookies we use and what their functions are. How we process personal data obtained from your device through the use of cookies is described in more detail in our Privacy Policy, which also contains information on how you can exercise your privacy rights.
WHICH COOKIES DO WE USE?
Necessary cookies
Our website cannot function properly without certain cookies. We use the following types of necessary cookies, also called functional cookies:
- Consent: Stores the user's cookie and marketing consent status for the current domain
- Cart & Currency: necessary for the shopping cart functionality and secure checkout/payment function on the website.
Analytical cookies
Analytical cookies, also called statistical cookies, enable us to further develop and improve the functionality of our website by analyzing your use of our website. In some cases, they improve the speed with which we can process your request. These cookies send information back to our data analysis tool, Google Analytics from Google LLC (Google). We receive information about your use and interaction with our websites and the amount of time you spend on them. We also collect basic information related to the request made by your browser when you visit the websites. This data may include information such as the date and time of your last visit, the duration of your visit, the timestamp of the browser request, your IP address and basic HTTP header information (such as referral URL and user agent), information about the website that you have visited before, as well as demographic information.
We have followed the Manual for Privacy-friendly Google Analytics Settings from the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This means, among other things, that we have instructed Google to remove the last three digits of your IP address (making it difficult to trace the IP address back to a specific visitor) and that we have disabled the default settings for sharing data with Google. . We have also concluded a processing agreement with Google. We do not use other Google services in combination with the Google Analytics cookies. The limited information shared with Google through the use of Google Analytics may be transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
You can choose to disable the use of analytics cookies at any time, as explained in the "Enable, disable and delete cookies" section below.
Marketing cookies
Marketing cookies are used to track visitors to websites. The intention is to show advertisements that are relevant and attractive to the individual user and therefore more valuable to users, publishers and third party advertisers. We place some of the cookies on your device ourselves (first party cookies), while other cookies are placed by third parties (third party cookies), see the 'Provider' column in the cookie tables above for specific information per cookie.
