Guarantee

We offer a 1-year warranty on all parts of our products, with the exception of damage caused to the product through your own fault.

To claim the warranty, you must be able to show a valid proof of purchase/receipt within the first year of purchase. In addition, the product must have a technical defect that was not caused by your own fault.

Please note that the warranty is only valid if you purchased the product from an official Aqua Separate sales point. Complete the warranty form to check whether the point of sale where you purchased your product is one of our official points of sale.

Please note: Aqua Separate does not offer a warranty on products purchased from Tweedekansje, but it does offer a warranty on products purchased from third parties (such as bol.com).
